Die Maschinen haben folgende Funktionen: automatische Leertubenzuführung, Druckmarkensteuerung, Füllung, Verschließen mit Heißluft, Heizbacken oder Faltstationen, Kodierung sowie Abschneiden des Tubenfalzes bei PE- und Laminattuben.
- Die Tubenzuführung wird mechanisch gesteuert, genau und zuverlässig.
- Die Orientierung der Tube nach der Strichmarke erfolgt durch einen Lichttaster.
- Die produktberührten Teile sind aus AISI 316L Edelstahl in Sanitärausführung.
- Schutztüren (bei geöffneter Tür erfolgt Maschinenstopp), Funktion keine Tube – keine Füllung. Überlastschutz bei Störungen.
